U.S. Murder Rate Hits Lowest Level In 31 Years

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The lowest murder rate in the United States in more than 30 years contributed to the seventh-straight drop in the nation's crime level, the FBI said Sunday.

Handgun sales remain relatively steady.
