Here we go, another hidden tax!  Remember our complaint with the Telecommunication Act?  How about the "Universal Service Fund" that  everyone will contribute to.  That fund is to help "low income people, certain schools and hospitals".  For what?  Better phone service?  New Phone books?  Not likely, how about an Internet connection.

First, let's see how much of that gets where it is supposed to be.  Fifteen cents on the dollar? 

But more importantly, I, like you, pay good money to an ISP for the privilege of the Internet.  But NOOOO, the government must think EVERYONE should have access.
